You could start by not changing the location of the pickup after we've already gone to pick up the truck! While this location was fine, and was wonderful to me, we only went all the way to Preston after we had scheduled a pickup in Norwich and were suddenly redirected AFTER we'd signed the paperwork and everything! It wasn't good.

Kristine was wonderful tp work with. The online system for pick up drop off did not work for us. The reservation "expired". But Kristine worked everything out.

The experience was great but..... the way that U-Haul has the passenger mirror designed on this truck is dangerous. The mirror was not adjustable and I could not use the mirror. The pivot point for adjusting the mirror was locked with an allen screw. Luckily I do hacw truck licence and enough experience to compensate a car driver would not. Fix mirrors so renters can adjust them for their use..
