The app was not working for me so I used the store counter to pickup and drop off. Each part of that process took a long time, the pickup took at least a half hour and the drop took a half hour. The man doing both was not knowledgeable and there was a language barrier that made the process get drawn out. Overall I would rate this experience as below average, when you are moving an extra hour of picking up and dropping off the truck is a lot of time. If there was a way to rent from a different company in my area, I definitely would.
