The person was confused as to why I was there and also said system was down so he couldn’t finish my paperwork or whatever when I was there

Associate tried to discourage me from dropping off a second truck at this U-Haul location. Also, they wanted me to move the truck to the south five feet. If you want specific spots to park then mark them. Otherwise fine.
Bradley FThe app was not working for me so I used the store counter to pickup and drop off. Each part of that process took a long time, the pickup took at least a half hour and the drop took a half hour. The man doing both was not knowledgeable and there was a language barrier that made the process get drawn out. Overall I would rate this experience as below average, when you are moving an extra hour of picking up and dropping off the truck is a lot of time. If there was a way to rent from a different company in my area, I definitely would.
