The staff ran my credit card 3x before the transaction went through on their end even though I have 3 charges present on my credit card. The trailer was not maintained nor did anyone check if everything worked properly. After hooking the trailer up I blew multiple fuses and my tow vehicle has not had turn signals or brake lights since. The Area Field Manager was on sight and offered no assistance. He was attempting to raise the jack and couldn’t get it up and said well I guess take it that way! This would have meant dragging the jack along as we drove. My son got the jack up himself as I was giving my card information to the girl from the dealership for the 4th time. I would recommend never using this location and probably not using U-Haul in general if it can be avoided.
