This rental was fraudulently attributed to me, I did not rent it. Apparently the local U-Haul dealer doesn't verify the identity of the renter, looked up a phone number erroneously and went forward with the rental to an unknown person. Meanwhile I have been receiving text messages and emails about a rental I didn't make, that include my personal information that includes phone number, email and past drivers licence (that I had when I rented from U-Haul last). I have made three calls to the local dealer and they tell me they will resolve it and call me back with the solution but they have failed to do so. The solution seems simple, change the customer to someone else, but several days later, nothing has been done. I am now going to have to file a police report for identity fraud so I am not stuck with a bill or a rental I did not make. Very frustrating to say the least.

Angella JWhen an online reservation is made for a trailer to be picked up on a Saturday & returned on a Sunday, do not book it and send confirmation for it to be picked up at a location THAT IS NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS!!!!!!!
