Make sure whoever is helping with hooking up trailer knows to cross the chains underneath the trailer tongue. Very helpful in the checking-out process Kelly who runs this place was extremely helpful in making sure our hitch was the right size and would work correctly.

I dropped off truck didn't get to see anyone and tell them about the door on the back of uhaul release very fast yanks on your Armand get stuck because the handle goes back open
Michael RPicked up the 12x6 trailer with ramp. There was dirt abs bark inside that had tu be swept out before loaded it. The people were great, friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent from them again. The bark was no big deal just surprised.
