The truck we rented was very clean and cleared of snow. (We had a major snowstorm a couple of days beforehand.) However, the appliance dolly we had rented was not in stock. We had to spend more time and money to go rent a dolly at a nearby hardware store. The people at Morins were very apologetic and helpful in locating where we could rent one but it was frustrating to have to do so.

Jonathan HThe truck was ready when I arrived it wasn't a hassle to me besides the location pick up and drop off and the truck was different then I requested which wasn't a big deal although it disqualified me for the promotion for a free month of storage. Which aI was really needing. Overall it was good besides the month of storage i needed. Wasn't in the deal as i had hoped and planned for. But the facility's and the truck had no problems. And the customer service was excellent.
