The physical location was bumped from my original booking with no notification; I happened to notice it was changed the day of the pick up in an email. I never received a phone call text or text with the pick up information or combination for the lockbox. My call to the local number listed (two, one, eight, six, two, four, three, two, two, two) went unanswered and to this date, I have yet to receive a return call to my voicemails. Over 30 minutes of my morning was wasted trying to figure out how to gain access to the truck. Luckily I was able to track down a (seven, six, three, seven, eight, zero, four, four, eight, seven) and they were able to assist me. The same became true trying to organize for the drop off, no answer to the local number and the alternate number told me that I should have remembered the information that was given to me that morning. I understand the alternate locations for pickup but whoever is running the Piedmont Avenue in Duluth and Proctor location should not be operating under U-Haul. A lot of wasted time when paying by the hour! I would NEVER use this service again.

We had to spend more time and money to go rent a dolly at a nearby hardware store. The people at Morins were very apologetic and helpful in locating where we could rent one but it was frustrating to have to do so.
