Truck smelled of urine and a bottle of urine was found in the cup holder. Back of track was not clean & some of the furniture blankets were moldy. Picking up the truck was horrible took over an hour because no instructions on the location of the key box were provided and app pick up did not work. People in store were clueless and first person who called me did not speak English well. Because of the timing, we had no choice but to take the truck. Would NOT recommend this location!

I didn’t realize that you could not return the truck after hours because they lock up the gates. So for this reason I will NEVER RENT a U-HAUL there again..
SANDRA LIt is not clear that this is a drop-off location, as there is no signage or anything inside or outside the store. The only evidence it is is the after-hours lock box. It is just a grocery store so it was a bit confusing, but we figured it out and someone inside saw us and came and helped us with the drop off.
