I walked in there, and there was one of your CSR's helping one customer who was asking them to help them with boxes she had to ask like five times for someone to come and help her with the boxes, and this is when you have three of your people there two of them doing absolutely nothing, then I Approached the desk in the gentleman behind the desk said to wait and I said OK one of your other CSR's came to the desk and he started helping me everything went OK until he gave me the contract, I have not chosen insurance and it was on it I ask him why and he said oh I assume you would want it so at that point I ask him to take the insurance out of the contract and he said he would. Then he proceeded to walk me to the vehicle and I said listen I need the copy of the new contract stating that there is no insurance on it and then he went back to the computer his other two coworkers approach them and that's when he came clean and said that he didn't know how to do it at that point I said well you were tricking me , then he said oh don't worry about it him and I (one of the coworkers )are always here and we know that you did not want insurance we will correct this whenever I said OK whatever it's $10 and I drove off. I almost forgot to mention that while working on the contract your employee never ask me any questions he was just assuming and he kept on clicking and clicking and clicking while I was looking at the screen on the other side of and he never gave me the chance to choose. I drove off and then on my way up to where I was going I needed to clean the windshield because it was disgusting so I try but no windshield fluid in the thing and the sun is hitting on the Windshill at 5 o'clock in the afternoon I can barely see because the windshield its disgusting dirty and no fluid to clean it. I took pictures! And now after a horrible experience I don't think I should pay for such bad service.

Well the truck I rented had a low tire warning I called the store and they said it was ok however, it slid the whole time I think it used an awful lot of gas for such a short trip

Truck had no interior lighting. When driving at night couldn't see the velocity and it was an older truck. The staff was very good they helped me quickly and had me on the road very quick and when returning the truck the staff was very fast as well. Overall the staff was excellent Truck was poor conditions.

The truck seat was soaked/saturated with what I can assume was water. I alerted the desk person, whom suggested a blanket. The next staff person tossed a blanket on the cab and wished me a safe drive. The windshield was so filthy (from the inside) when the sun started to go down, it became a hazard. The windshield wipers were worn and hardly useful. I alerted the agent at drop off (that this vehicle was unsafe in its current condition) so as not to endanger the life of another unsuspecting customer.

Too many new people working. The existing help seemed overwhelmed training people and helping customers. Uhaul should pay for additional staff so one person can help and one person can train.

The two attendants that were on call both were acting very suspicious and gave a trailer that was ineffective. At the end of the day, I would say these guys were intentionally trying to harm me. I went back to get a refund for my rental and they refused to refund my money after calling as well as walking in to speak to the manager.

It was snowing and your new vans ant to good in the snow it was a nice time with uhall it was very bad out took the van back cause I did not want it to get towed cause we got 8 inc of snow

pretty god rental place. not much for parking in the lot, but plenty on the street. The truck was in good shape (20 foot truck)
