TYLER WIn the beginning my experience was very pleasant when I made the initial phone call to book my uhual the person I spoke with was very friendly and easy going. However my experience in the end was not what I expected it to be at all, upon return I was told to make sure my U-Haul was returned on full which I did no problem. No one came out to check the van and make sure which I did not find unusual until I received my final receipt and I was charged an outrageous amount of 91 dollars for the gas. My receipt stated that I left it on a quarter of a tank which was not true. I even have my receipt for the gas. The mileage I used compared to the gas did not even add up. It was a very strange and unfair situation. I then could not get in touch with the actual location due to them being closed already it was just very upsetting because money was taken from me that should have not been taken. In the end I called the customer service line through U-Haul and received help right away which I was thankful for but again my experience was not what I expected in the end.
