My pickup location was moved. I liked the new location for the service, but it was 25 minutes away from my home. I am willing to travel for customer service. However, I drove past multiple U-Haul providers on the way to the place I was told to go and saw the trailer I needed sitting on site at multiple rental locations. This is a little confusing. However, the place I ended up getting the trailer from was great.

Lance RI couldn’t drop the truck off until after they were closed, so I called the business to make sure that was ok. I informed him of the check engine light and he said not to worry they would look at it.
