It was after hours when I pickup up the truck. It was dark. I had to take pictures in the dark, and they would not upload into the app. I was not able to skip taking pictures and repeated several times before I called UHall customer service. Customer service was helpful, but it took over 1 hour to pickup truck. It was dark, and I would not have wanted to be there alone!! I did not chose this site, I chose a local site, not 65 miles away. UHaul was not able to provide a closer location, which was also an inconvenience and required extra effort and work to get the truck.
