How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was dirty on the floor, black grease looking substance and there was an extremely bad Oder in back, even the movers mentioned it, well they mentioned both things.
Mark HThey changed the drop off location for no reason. They said since my billing address was in a different place then the drop location I would have to drop there which was 2hr away from our location. then once they did that they changed us $1400 more then the quoted price. When we told them they said we have to call the 800 number and they can do anything about it. This location was not helpful at all.

Jose VI returned the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pickup, but I was still charged for two additional gallons of fuel. I contacted customer service to dispute the mileage and fuel charges, and I was extremely disappointed with both the customer service experience and the lack of a satisfactory resolution.
