The personnel had left early despite me having a reservation to return my U-Haul. Luckily, a police officer was nearby and was able to inform me that’s why the office was locked despite the open sign being on. Anyways, I ended up having to make a few calls to U-Haul to figure out how to return the trailer. I ended up using the app and figuring it out but I found it very frustrating and a waste of my time considering I was supposed to be able to return it and had a reservation. I understand if they had to leave but I feel like calling me to confirm and provide instructions for a drop off would have been appropriate. I got there probably a half hour before they were due to close so it seems they left almost two hours early.
