It was a very small location but the young man was patient and very helpful.

DONNA BThe location when picking up the truck was not helpful at all and was very argumentative and would not release the truck until speak with his manager. The inside of the cab of the truck was not clean and had food all over the floor. The parking for the truck was not easy to get out of and there was cones in front of the truck that I had move on my own. I would never send someone to that location due to the did not not they willing to assist with anything.
Jonathan CEquipment was clean but in my opinion they should swap out the trailer with a new one. There is rust all over it and the max 55mph stickers are starting to wear off. Explain to the merchant it is within their power to offer returns when they billed for a service I did not ask for. Staff fluent in English would also be helpful, Instead of trying to process a return over the phone with the guy that speaks English.
