When we returned the uhaul, 2 guys we're very unprofessional as we asked where we should park the uhaul. They also charged $25 to clean the uhaul. The uhaul was poorly maintained as it would shake when it was empty in the back. The only reason I did not rate this as poor was due to the one professional person who checked us out . I would avoid this location next time if I can .

Side mirrors were loose and had to be constantly adjusted which made driving and backing up dangerous

We registered through the mobile service but still had to wait on a line to get our key. The truck had a large scratch on the side and the mirror was busted.

the truck's trailer receptacle did not fully work. when I called the local dealer phone number, my call rolled to a national help line, which was not helpful. I drove back to the dealer to have the problem fixed, however they were not capable of fixing the problem. a salesman agreed to reimburse me for repair parts I would purchase and install. overall I lost approximately 3-hours use of the rental to diagnose, return to the dealership, and then leave to repair the fault myself. I was reimbursed for the part purchase and credited some money off the rental upon return, as agreed.

We did have some issues at pick up and drop off. Upon pick up on Sunday 7/09 there was only one person on duty and several people returning vehicles as well as a couple people picking up. The Attendant Norman, was also experiencing difficulty with the printer, causing further exasperation from the customers. Norm was clearly overwhelmed and frustrated and yet still trudged forward in doing the best he could being left shorthanded and with several unreasonable customers. Upon drop off, the Manager was checking us back in and despite having made arrangements with U-Haul Corporate for one additional night taking our reservations from 4 to 5 nights, we were being charged for 6. UHaul corporate had already put a hold on our CC for the additional amount, however it did not appear that amount was being taken into consideration in the final charge(s). After what was turning into a heated discussion and breaking the figures down, the manager finally conceded there was an error on UHaul's behalf and although we were due a refund, he failed to make the numbers he was showing make sense, and using the math and figures that he himself gave me, still resulted in an additional $8.34 cent refund/credit owed to us, again based on his math and figures given. After further discussion, he said, I will have to take this out of my own pocket and whipped out his wallet and put $10.00 on the counter and said, "here take it". I advised that I was simply using the math and figures he gave me to make the determination of the actual amount of the refund and he failed to show me how the amount that he initially agreed upon added up. I gave the location the rating I did because although it was somewhat clean, the vehicle had a few minor issues (Peanut filled M&M's were found under the driver's seat for example) but the equipment was in good repair, It showed poor signs of leadership in that the Manager gave an employee the day off on 7/9 and rather than reschedule an employee to work that day or working it himself in their stead, especially knowing the number of returns scheduled for that day before he left on his last day of work; he left one person there to juggle multiple tasks, deal with faulty equipment issues and irate and frustrated employees. Not only was Norman overwhelmed but the Customers suffered as a result of Management's decision. Norman deserves an accommodation and a raise and the Manager needs to a) learn how to manage the staff and customer's needs better, keeping a closer finger on the pulse of his store's business and, b) when questioned about the charges, be able to explain in a clear and concise manner how the fees, rates and taxes breakdown and do so that when the customer, using the very same figures and math formula arrives at the same exact amount. As far as Uhaul corporate is concerned, we had reserved the vehicle initially for 4 days, when extending for an additional day, the agent at the Call Center fielding the call said that she would put u
