System had issues. They had no solution. I was over 30 late to my movers that I paid hundreds of dollars per hour for. I would like a refund.

No real signage for U-Haul. I went into the Champion office and no one seemed to care to help me. Finally a young woman looked up and when I explained that I was there to drop off a truck, she had to ask around to see what had to be done.
KEVIN SWe didn’t pick this drop off when we made the reservation. When we went to pick up the uhaul they then told us the place we originally picked for drop off was full and we had to pick somewhere much further away which added to our mileage and had to pay more money. Very frustrating when we made the reservation ahead of time and were originally able to chose the first location.

Julia MI think I was overcharged for the one-way rental. The drop off location was just an QR code to scan on the side of a building in a dropbox for a key.
