DEREK LThe location was a very old gas station/garage, not open for business. There was a man inside working on a very old truck, I’m not even sure that he worked for the U-Haul location. He was rather oblivious to where to park or what to do with the equipment. He was very friendly and did help me lift the trailer off of my truck. He told me to call a telephone number listed on a sign on the building for U-Haul and I spoke with Barbara. She was very friendly and helpful. Even after we dropped the keys in a box on the wall without getting pictures of the full fuel gauge and the odometer, she said that she would take care of it. In all, it all got done and was taken care of. Thank you, Barbara.
