Customer service was excellent. My minor issue is that I confirmed remote pick up at 7AM, but this location does not offer remote pick up and doesn't open until 8AM, so my project was delayed.

the employees running the outlet didn't help with matters much at all....hard to get an answer from them. didn't come out to inspect. the vehicle had damage and a dirty interior.
Jason SAll U-Haul employees on site barely had a cute about the rates and return times of the trailer we rented. I will not use this site again - until they are aware of rates, periods of rental/return times etc. the customer is the one who suffers due to the business owners lack of knowledge in the products they are renting out. Quite disappointed in the people we dealt with but satisfied with the trailer we rented.
