The truck had a cracked windshield and very little fuel in the tank. The station attendant was surly and less than customer oriented.

Had to wait about a half hour for someone over the phone to assist the person at the location because he was unable to find my reservation and person over phone had to transfer it even though my cell phone showed the reservation for that location with a reservation number. Unsure what the problem was, but it was inconvenient and pushed my schedule back because of it.

Thomas LINFORM THE CUSTOMER THAT A CONTRACT WILL NOT BE GIVEN IN PAPER. THE DOCUMENT IS AN EMAIL. NOT VISUAL TO ANYONE WITHOUT A "SMART PHONE". A DEVICE WHICH I DO NOT AND PLAN ON, NOT EVER OWNING ONE.
