The trailer license plate was hanging from 1 bolt. The employees didn’t know how to release the trailer for me to use even though I had checked in online. I wanted almost an hour for them to figure it out. The parking lot is extremely small, lots of cars parking in the uhual lot for the Mexican food truck. Limited options for uhual in Ramona but this location is stressful each time.
