Everyone at chevron had great business. however, in the beginning of my reservation, I desired to switch my payment method Because now my church was going to pay for my uhaul. i telephoned uhaul to explain to them that I wanted to cancel my order.And rebook it with the new credit card information, but the worker at Uhaul customer service over the phone insisted that I would easily be able to change my credit card payment at the time of dropping the U-haul back off for my return. this wasn't true.And it made me have to wait for over an hour on the phone at the chevron and with Uhaul customer service

Ignacio NThe trailer license plate was hanging from 1 bolt. The employees didn’t know how to release the trailer for me to use even though I had checked in online. I wanted almost an hour for them to figure it out. The parking lot is extremely small, lots of cars parking in the uhual lot for the Mexican food truck. Limited options for uhual in Ramona but this location is stressful each time.
BRANDON BIt was difficult to park, no one was there to help, no clear indication of who or where I could turn anything in.
