My account was charged 4 time and was told it’s a new worker and they will reverse the payments and I still haven’t received it as yet .

there is no one to help attach the trailer to the hitch. the securing pin on the coupler is a type I’d never seen before and was not intuitive. the trailer actually released from the hitch on the road. i finally was able to figure out how it worked but was nervous on the entire ride that it would release again. i would immediately disband these self service locations. they are a big liability for you.

JESUS AI was trying to get equipment. Call the number of the location the person said there was no equipment to rent. I said the app show it. Then i hang up and made a reservation of a car transport. And ask for a truck they said all are reserved. Then i went to the app and was able to reserve it all while in front of all the ewuipment. It took like an hour to do a simple thing. It was a waste of my time.
JESUS AI was over charged for mileage, I have sent multiple emails in regards to this matter still no response! Cargo van was not full of gasoline and I was told it was! I would really appreciate it if someone from U-Haul contact me about this matter
