I returned my box truck in time the next day. However the Boat & RV store was closed. I called the number on the door but they were closed. My rental truck was left in an open commercial parking lot. No attendant. I rented the truck with 1/2 tank of gas and returned it with 3/4 of a tank. The Boat & RV store charged me $20 for gas. I made the mistake of not taking a picture of the dash before I dropped off the keys in their nite box. I spoke to Oscar from the store and his care for me was not on his priority lists. I asked when they were going to close out my rental 2 days later and his reply was …. We run a RV rental storage and our priority is our clients first and when we get time we will handle the UHaul clients later. Very unprofessional and deceitful for charging me for gas. Untrustworthy!

No drop box for keys
Evan HWhen office is closed upon return of truck have an easier process. The uhaul.com/share did not work nor having to install the app on my phone. I wasted 45 mins trying to make sure I followed instructions on return as the process differs depending what method you use to return vehicle. Maybe its only this location because offices used prior were always staffed at 430 pm.
ALFREDO MThe young guy at the front was rude. We arrived shortly after our scheduled time. We rang the door bell a few times and no answer. I called the number on the door and it was not the correct phone number. My husband called the number found on Google and finally got through. When he answered he did not greet us, no apology nothing. The equipment and check in process was great. The customer service from the employee was terrible.
