The young guy at the front was rude. We arrived shortly after our scheduled time. We rang the door bell a few times and no answer. I called the number on the door and it was not the correct phone number. My husband called the number found on Google and finally got through. When he answered he did not greet us, no apology nothing. The equipment and check in process was great. The customer service from the employee was terrible.
