DEROY WWe dropped off on a Sunday when this facility was not open. The check in procedure was not described very well but with the help of a uhaul representative we were able to manage.
PETER CI had troubles with the contract with excessive charges. During my contacts through the call center the operators were either trying to lure me to provide my personal information for the [call center] records or were trying to say it [for the call center the record] themselves. Please point the security to the calls made on 7/21/2025 in regards to contract #82322426
