JAY FThe service was excellent, which is why I would recommend it to others. Unfortunately, the quality of the truck was less than pleasing. The truck and trailer were both dirty. I was forced to clean the trailer before moving our belongings in it. The truck had a check engine light on, as well. The representative went above and beyond during the process to secure the rental, though.
