I ran over a pothole, and the vehicle started making horrible noises and I was scared to drive it, but I was very close to another uhaul location, so I dropped it off there and called. The person was very unhelpful and I ended up calling roadside assistance, who said they notated that I couldn't drive the car all the way back and dropped it at the other location. Now I have a fee on my shit for 3x the rental amount. Make it make sense.
