If customers are dropping off their vehicle and taking a U-Haul, some more pictures of clear designated parking for customers would be helpful, especially on weekend when there's no physical people here at the office.. lock was a little finicky, but not too bad.Maybe a laminated node sheet with some tips and tricks on making the lock situation easier. But overall, pretty awesome experience, it was a little bit long and nerve-wracking for me, cause it was my first time, but after this, I think it'll be a very simple process.Having gone through it once now
Patrick PTerrible experience. Very difficult process. No human at the site. Equipment ordered was NOT there. Support suggested I drive to a different location to get equipment (terrible idea). Very poor experience. I will not use U-Haul again.
Anthony SThe parking area for the trucks was a little bit crowded. Luckily, there was one spot available. Using the app to return the truck wasn't as seamless as I hoped it would be. The app wouldn't upload the required pictures of the truck initially. There was some uncertainty on my part if I had done this correctly.
Andrew Dlove this location, it was very safe for my after hours pick up. The trucks were in great condition and newer. I loved the convenience of the 24/7 pick up option. There was plenty of room at the site to maneuver the truck.
