The representative at this location did not want to walk out and check in my trailer upon returning it. Days later I was charged for extra days of rental even though I had returned it within the contract terms. I was eventually credited back on my CC for the extra days after having to call to complain about the erroneous charge. This is the 2nd time this has happened when returning to this location.
