My experience was great. There is no improvement needed. The person that helped us when we picked up the truck was professional and friendly.
Jane BDidn’t have the large adapter for the trailer lights, I had to use my own.
Douglas MTrailer had a low tire when picked up. Topped it up at kal tire but ot was flat Sunday morning. Took 4 hrs to to fix. That being said everyone i spoke to was great and very helpful. Just suggest trailers be inspected before re-use.
