This rental site doubles as a full-service gas station. The problem her is that while you're in the middle of your transaction, the one guy on duty is running out pumping gas while you're trying to get your business squared away. Also, when I put my card down, I specifically said I was going to pay cash. When I returned the van, the UHaul rep automatically assumed I was charging my transaction when I specifically said I was paying cash. The problem was that when we were tallying up my transaction, he ran out to pump someone else's gas after he told me the total. When he came back in, I had the cash amount ready, at which point he said, "I thought you were charging it." At no point did he ask me, "How will you be paying for that, cash or credit?" That's a standard retail question. But how could he if this guy was busy serving two masters? Furthermore, despite the fact that we caught this 20 minutes after it happened, when he put me on the phone with his regional manager, I was told UHaul was unable to cancel the charge. So I had to call Amex and am now in the middle of waiting for the charge to post, at which point I have to contact Amex again to contest the charge. Meanwhile, Amex told me Uhaul COULD have cancelled the charge, but chose not to. So now, I'm having to put myself out for someone else's screw-up and really poor customer service. I rented this van to move my kid home from college and everything else about this transaction was fine. But the capper for all this turned it into a truly shitty experience. I will avoid using Uhaul in the future if I can help it and recommend my friends and family do the same.

Provide item requested in reservation and have available in van prior to rental. Requested dolly in reservation for van rental - was not in vehicle. so no access to a dolly.

Horrible service , dirty vehicles not organized at all!! Made me wait for 30 minutes additional to my reservation, and charged me double on my credit card. Totally bad service from beginning to the end!! Promised me a late reservation discount which I’m intitled to get, didn’t get it. Bad management.

The van was not too clean in the front or the back, still garbage left from previous rental. Overall I would rent again from this location. They were quick and easy to rent from.

I had a horrible horrible experience with dropping off the vehicle. When I picked up the truck I asked and confirmed that the drop off be at this specific location(yellowstone) and they said yes. My reservation stated it clearly, and my contract stated it and I received a text message all telling me this was the location (yellowstone) to drop off. Then when I actually went to drop off, the person there told me he had no space. He was rude and not helpful. I went to this location three times to try to drop off the truck, finally accepting the truck the third time when I went the next day early in the morning. I called the "traffic" service before going the third time as instructed by the staff because he couldn't help me, and they were really unhelpful as well, telling me, they don't know why he told me to call them and that they can't help me. This was the worst experience with u-haul. This is unacceptable, as a consumer and someone who paid extra money to drop it off at the yellowstone location, I should have been able to do so without all the trouble/hassle and disrespect I got.

Excellent equipment, but it had snowed the night before, and the windshield was covered in snow. If I didn't have my own car with me I wouldn't have had my window scraper. Otherwise great value.

The first issue had nothing to do with the location but it was with your website that leads you to believe that you have selected an option beyond 4 hours but in reality you have not. The van itself was fully functional but the cabin was very dirty. I do not think that can has been cleaned in weeks.

This isn’t the original location I reserved from. I took an Uber to the 73 rd Place location and it was closed. I was very angry and lost time and money by having to change to another location. This is not acceptable

Personnel didn’t speak English well so we weren’t sure if job was complete until we called U-Haul. But process was fast and efficient and location was good.

There is only one person working at this location, he constantly running out to help other customer to fill their gas during my check out process, and kept me hanging. He told me the tank is full without showing me the dashboard; I found out later the tank is 3/4 full. And there was a warning sign, state that the right tire is low on air, I told him to help me to fill the air, he said it’s fine no worry.

Just be aware that you cannot start any self check in until 8 am since the office does not open til then, they have the keys. Otherwise all went well
