I had a horrible horrible experience with dropping off the vehicle. When I picked up the truck I asked and confirmed that the drop off be at this specific location(yellowstone) and they said yes. My reservation stated it clearly, and my contract stated it and I received a text message all telling me this was the location (yellowstone) to drop off. Then when I actually went to drop off, the person there told me he had no space. He was rude and not helpful. I went to this location three times to try to drop off the truck, finally accepting the truck the third time when I went the next day early in the morning. I called the "traffic" service before going the third time as instructed by the staff because he couldn't help me, and they were really unhelpful as well, telling me, they don't know why he told me to call them and that they can't help me. This was the worst experience with u-haul. This is unacceptable, as a consumer and someone who paid extra money to drop it off at the yellowstone location, I should have been able to do so without all the trouble/hassle and disrespect I got.

Excellent equipment, but it had snowed the night before, and the windshield was covered in snow. If I didn't have my own car with me I wouldn't have had my window scraper. Otherwise great value.

The first issue had nothing to do with the location but it was with your website that leads you to believe that you have selected an option beyond 4 hours but in reality you have not. The van itself was fully functional but the cabin was very dirty. I do not think that can has been cleaned in weeks.

This isn’t the original location I reserved from. I took an Uber to the 73 rd Place location and it was closed. I was very angry and lost time and money by having to change to another location. This is not acceptable

Personnel didn’t speak English well so we weren’t sure if job was complete until we called U-Haul. But process was fast and efficient and location was good.

There is only one person working at this location, he constantly running out to help other customer to fill their gas during my check out process, and kept me hanging. He told me the tank is full without showing me the dashboard; I found out later the tank is 3/4 full. And there was a warning sign, state that the right tire is low on air, I told him to help me to fill the air, he said it’s fine no worry.

Just be aware that you cannot start any self check in until 8 am since the office does not open til then, they have the keys. Otherwise all went well

I forgot to get EZ pass - had trouble paying for tolls in the no cash areas, and now don’t know how to reimburse uhaul for these. Perhaps you can add a method if paying tolls, or offering ez pass device to be added to bill. Thx

No one picked up the phone when I called. I went and a gas attendant told me to drop it off and leave the keys in a drop box.

I rented a truck for my move and this location has the incorrect phone number on their contract and everywhere else. I tried to reach out earlier to let them know i will be two hours late but instead was prompted to an unknown voicemail. Finally found the number when they left a voicemail during my move when they attempted to call me once. Tried to call to say on my way and nothing. The site also says they close at 8pm but when i showed up 10 minutes to 8pm, no one was there. That Monday I called the voicemail number and they finally picked up and not only they said i have to pay for two days for truck and equipment but they also said they were closed at 7pm. I try to be understand but this is ridiculous because as a customer i am supposed to have the ability to contact them in an emergency etc.

When I first booked my truck, I had asked that it be picked up in Astoria but Uhaul switched the location all the way to Rego Park without advising me. Getting to this location took a lot of time out of my day and when I called the day before I was promised an additional 10 miles fore the inconvenience but the the person at the UHaul pick up location would noit honor this addition.

It was confusing since this wasn't a Uhaul store which I thought it was. The guy had to go look to see if they even had the furniture protector blankets I ordered, they didn't have any matress covers that uhaul stores usually have and the guy helping me didn't communicate to me well what I needed to do.
