The truck was in impeccable shape and the size ordered was the size I received. It was a seamless and wonderful transaction. Ali was friendly, diligent, and informative and he made everything so easy. Dropping off was a great experience as well. Ali was thorough and meticulous but he wasted no time. The price was reasonable. I loved that there was a gas station right there on the same property (nobody pressured me to fill up there but I did cause of the convenience). Just the best uhaul or any truck renting experience I’ve had (which is saying a lot cause I’m old and used to move every other year!). Grateful!
