Came here (west coast storage on w 4th st) for the second time in a week at the last minute for a final clean out, and, like the other times, had a super easy transaction. Getting equipment here is so fast and the agents are friendly and quick. Suzanne helped me the last two times and was great! Best place I have ever used to get U-Haul equipment in my life!

The staff at this location is always very helpful with answering my questions, and they are super professional and friendly. When I have needed equipment on even short notice I was accommodated. The office is clean, and I’ve never had to wait long at all to transact. Highly recommend.
