Very friendly and helpful local representative who tried everything to help us schedule and arrange for our truck. However, our order was canceled the night before our move, and he had to scramble to make a new reservation for us. He deserves five stars. But the truck was not prepped for a new customer. It had been damaged in the lot, was dirty, and the windshield washer unit leaked. The leak got fixed, but there were numerous other issues that demanded our attention. The effort spent to make the truck rental work as planned was extensive and needlessly upsetting.

Randolph SWhen I reserved this truck, I specifically chose a location that was close to my home. The day of they changed the location, too much farther away. I had also chosen in office, counter, help. When I got there, it was a virtual location that I had to go through the steps myself to get set up. As I had requested counter help, and a specific location I am very frustrated that U-Haul did not honor any of these wishes.
