What kind and responsive staff! I didn't catch his name, but he provided some of the best service I received in some time. He was efficient and also made the rental process easy and stress free :)
Bonnie LThis site (on Kietzke) , and single employee (Jose), were great! Jose went above an beyond to provide great, and timely, service. I understand he will be moving his operation to Sparks, and I will definitely keep his number and use him for ALL of my future U-haul needs. (even though the other 2 U-hauls may be physically closer to my home) The U-hauls on S. Virginia @ Moanna and the other one on Oddie, were terrible. They were LESS THAN HELPFUL, giving WRONG information about trailer availability in NEVADA! I needed a motorcycle hauling trailer, and the other two sites said "None were available in Nevada" Jose had 2 on site! I can understand why YELP gives them only 2 stars out of 5. I would give them only 1 star, only because they picked up a phone :( Corporate U-haul was great giving me Jose' number. Jose can't be commended enough. The other two sites are just lagging.
