The staff at this location seem either new or not experienced. I picked up a van and it was really dirty in the inside. There was broken glass in the grooves of the floor covering in back & trash. We had to clean it out before we could load our stuff as we were going on vacation to a beach house and had o load our stuff in it. You can tell they never touched it when it go brought back in. The front was covered in dust. Then when I came back to return it. I sat at the sign where it says sit with the rental and someone will check you in. There were 2 guy's out in the yard just talking and messing around on there phones. So, I waited about 10 minutes then yelled to one of them as he walked by me and did not even acknowledge I was there if he could please check me in and he said I guess I can help you out , like I was asking a favor of him. I have photos is someone wants me to email the condition of he van. Also, I believe I was over charged as it had the same price on it and I brought it back 2 days early.

You guys charged me for 2 days. My paperwork said return by 7:00 pm 21 August. I turned the truck in at 5:35 pm yesterday. I need a refund for the second day. This is unsat. I should only be charged for 1 day.

I had a reservation for 7am and when I got there nothing was ready and I didn't get a truck until 7:45am. Staff seemed unprepared and lacked initiative and drive to get things done quickly. When I came to drop off the line was backed up into the street because they were behind.

Poor experience In both picking up and returning pick up. Both times had to wait because there was only one person working. Really? On a Sunday?literally given keys and had to find pick up myself. There were4 people waiting after me. This morning when I pulled in there was one person ahead of me. There was a guy sitting in the pull in line. I had to park as I would have stuck out on sidewalk. I went in and the worker was helping someone. After a little while the guy in the pull in lane came in and waited. The worker took my keys as he went to show person where his rental was. Told me 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes later I go out and the guy in the pull in lane is gone and he's just getting to check my truck. Told me other guy was first. I said no we were both in line. Did he think I could wait because I am an older woman?he said sorry but you could tell he was just going through motions. Such disrespect! My daughter and I have used you before at least 3 times. I guess next time I should use Budget. They are the same distance from my house. Did I get the level of service I expected? NO! Don't advertise quality and service if you have no intention of giving it.

Upper marker light was hanging by a wire. There was masking tape holding the windshield in place at the top on the passenger side. Interior of the truck was dirty and had debris.

Michal told me that the truck I would be picking up would be new as it had only 20 thousand miles but the truck I received was having more than 30 thousand miles on it and I had to wait for a looong time to get the truck the next morning I went to pick the truck. The customer came there after me but he was helped first and I had to wait for a long time and the truck was not cleaned. We planned on my going back to the this store location to pick the dolly after I loaded the truck from home but when I went back to pick the dolly at 7:05pm the store was closed and they didn't call me before closing. They knew I was going after the dolly and instead of calling me to know why I was late or as they were closing the store, they changed my reservation without of my information for try next day. I had to waited in the store for two hours calling online uhaul until I got try risk of picking the dolly. Had a very bad experience over all. ESPECIALLY while dropping the truck in Boise. Uhaul in Chinden of Boise towed my truck with my luggages and was not releasing my truck!!!! They forced me to pay and than close my reservation and asked me to reserve the same truck for in town rate !!! WILL never do business with uhaul again unless my these concerned are not addressed and I'm not compensated.

Your web page which shows the total is different from the what the printout page shows. For example I rented for 4 days using the 750 Miles included option. The total showed 284, but the saved reservation showed 4 times that amount. I called and someone said it must be a hiccup. I went to the U-Haul of Renton and they said it must be a hiccup. I did it twice and got the same result. Please fix you web page calculations for saved reservations. This error made me cancel one reservation because I did not like two different quotes for the same rental. This should be a simple fix for the IT department. Thanks.

When a huge corporation, such as U Haul...knows that there are many reservations on a Saturday morning at the end of the month...REALLY??? You should have a computer system that is not slower than dial up. AND...you should have more than 2 people working...expecting customers to wait for an hour to rent a trailer after "pre-registering" ahead of time...to save time... It was ridiculous. I won't go to this location or any other location again. It was disappointing the last 2 times....

We waited for an hour to receive our truck. The poor employees kept apologizing for their crashing computer system. It was unbelievable. There was a line out the door and I was being charged by my moving company who was waiting at my house for me to arrive while I waited at Uhaul despite making a reservation prior. We will not use them again!

Uhaul should not automatically charge exorbitant prices for one way trailer charges! I had the trailer for less than a day and paid 150.00 because I dropped it off at another location..should be on case by case basis

Get newer trucks. Your truck had no power behind it for accelerating or going up hills. I acknowledge that we were towing a car but your trucks should be able to handle that.

I reserved a 10' truck online for 9am on Saturday, July 30. I received a call from a UHaul rep saying that no, they did not have the 10' truck I reserved, the only thing they had was a cargo van that I could pick up at 4:30pm. Neither of these options works for me - it's why I reserved a 10' truck for 9am, NOT a cargo van for 4:30pm. What a horrible customer experience. I'm going with Budget or a rental car company now - will never use UHaul again.
