The condescending attitude towards all customers was only surpassed by the arrogance of the employees. They could all use lessons on customer service and looking at a customer and being friendly. This is far below the U-Haul standards.

The call center rep that took my reservation never mentioned the mileage charges. Was very upset to find out I had to pay more! The location has a very bad setup to return the trucks as it obstructs the entrance of customers coming in and leaving the parking lot. I almost hit someone coming out. Very dangerous. Also the rep at the location was apologetic was you could tell he didn't mean it and didn't care. Will think twice about UHAUL and this location....

The customer service by the gentleman that helped us at the front desk was horrific. He was ride, handed me the keys and said "go find it, I don't know where it is". Everyone else except for this gentleman was kind and considerate but he lacked that and ruined our experience completely.

Have the vehicle ready for the customer with the price sign out of the window and able to walk around looking for dents and dings. My vehicle was very hard to access and the large sign removal was very difficult to do!

It was EXTREMELY frustrating that I made a reservation at the Bellevue U-Haul, was called and told they didn't have a truck and had to go to the Factoria U-Haul only to be told THEY didn't have the truck either and had to go to the Renton U-Haul, which made my trip much more expensive as it added a lot of unnecessary miles, especially when all of this could have been solved by you guys having a computer system that is in line with the century we live in.

I have never experienced such incompetent service ever. The Rep that assisted me was rushing my service to help Asian customers who were purchasing additional items and once I was checked in rushed the information regarding checking of the truck and then told me the truck is to the left in the lot. No other conversation except when I inquired about the change of service or shall I say the lack there of. He stated, "That's the old way"! I told him when I pulled up, staff was helping a White couple. Then I proceed outside, a staff person was helping another white couple. I have pictures of each staff person helping the whites! However,I called at 11:47 to speak to the manager, who was it available, Fred said that he would give the message to the manager, Brandon M, would call me ASAP! Of course he did not. I will follow this complaint of making me a non relevant customer. You guys better get your life and understand that Black people have made several business contributions, that is the reasoning behind the company's existence....... I will share and blog how black people should not patronize a racist acting company such a UHAUL. Sent from my iPhone

Hire more staff to reduce wait times. Check your inventory in the morning to see if rented equipment was returned after hours, especially when this is what customer is told to do by the staff at the time of renting.

I just have to say thank you SO MUCH! I brought the truck back early because I couldn't find anywhere to park by me apartment. The customers had parked my car in when just putting their trucks where they shouldn't. The manager called an employee (the place was closed) and he came from shopping to let me get my car. And this was the 4th of July weekend! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! Great Job

Truck wasn't ready, waited in line for over 15 min as only one person working the front. Truck was 3/4 full of gas, told when I filled it that there was no credit fo filling up all the way even though I added 1/4 of a tank at least.

For whatever reason, I had to do a lot more paperwork this time. I had to check the mileage and gas, and it seemed to be a lot worse experience from the last time I was there. Another thing, I was told the gas tank was full, but it wasn't, it was at F, but full is above that.. So i ended up putting in a lot more gas then I should have.

I did not choose this location. I made a reservation at the U-Haul in Interbay, Seatte. The staff of this location was excellent but I am furious that U-Haul had the audacity to move my reservation almost 40 minutes away and change my reservation for rush hour. This is the last time I ever use U-Haul thanks to the worst service I have ever had for any company. Compared to Comcast I would give Comcast a 10/10 and U-Haul a 0/10. Your Customer service team ruined our moving experience, was unwilling to be helpful and overall we will never use U-Haul again. I was told by Ann in reservations that she didn't have time to help me with my problem and it was the worst thing I have ever heard from a customer service agent ever in my life time.
