The van clearly had not been cleaned. The windows were dirty both inside and out, and the previous renter’s contract was lying on the floor of the cab. Also, when I arrived during regular business hours to pick up the truck, there was no one on site. I had to call and she drove from another site to meet with me, slowing the process significantly.

AUTUMN KWhen I reserved the truck I did chose not to take the $15.00 safe move and it was on my final receipt. The only explanation is the woman who processed the rental at the location added it in, when I didn't want it. I am not happy about this.
