PRESTON CIf I was made aware how the process looks especially during "returning the equipment" that would have helped me greatly. I was returning late evening and the process looked like hassle, as I was not prepared to take pictures from every side, inside/out. Also my check-in process was very slow, same here I was not made aware I could do some of these stuff online. Please note I am not a frequent Uhaul renter, any upfront education could have made it easy for me.
