For me everything was fine
AARON VThere were hidden fees in what I was charged when I only had the vehicle for under 2.5 hours but my reservation was for 8 hours. I was charged a random after hours fee which just popped up on my bill. I feel taken advantage of and this was shady business
TYREE MI will contact a different U-Haul dealer trying to get me to pick up a truck from them instead of the person that I went to originally I don’t know what’s going on with your people, but you need to find out
ALEX Sthey need to more honest when it comes to the fuel check!! told me it was half tank and actually IT WAS UNDER HALF TANK!! someone is trying to get the customer to pay for more gas !! NOT COOL!!
