The check engine light was on the 10’ unit so we couldn’t use it. There weren’t any trucks this size that could be substituted. We did get the 20’ truck for the same price but we were delayed at least an hour since the location had to call to get permission to rent us the larger truck at the same price. U-Haul didn’t open until 9 am and we were picking the truck up at 8 am. The worker was helpful and did what he could.

JOHN PI called the location to inquire the ball size for the hitch. The gentleman told me the wrong size and so I bought a hitch ball that didn't work. I had to waste more time and money to buy the correct size.
