The key drop box was a little confusing as there were 3 slots and I wasn't sure which slot was the correct one
JASON KIt was hard to get the keys, the lock needs attention. The truck i ordered, even though it was there, they had to give me another truck. The operator stated the truck i wanted was not checked in correctly so they cant dispatch it.
Edward AYoung man at pickup location very polite and helpful. Truck ready and waiting for us. Only issue was my husband left his new leather gloves in truck and couldn't call in about them. No answer repeatedly on their phone. The contact phone number for problems with the truck repeatedly gave message, "Subscriber Not Available".
BARBARA TWe checked in after hours. The location was ok, though the area where other uhauls parked was not well lit. The app was good for drop off.
