The process took longer than expected. As I was supposed to get my truck in West Bend and was informed it was in Richfield now. Little disappointed about. The app didn't function very well for me to get the information for the lock box and stuff we ended up waiting for an attendant and he walked us through it

Mark BThe location was great, really friendly people, this is just the second time that we ended up with a uhaul that wouldn't start when we went to leave after the move. Last time was a much bigger inconvenience because we had to wait for someone to come help, thank goodness this time someone we knew had jumper cables. Disappointed they don't make sure these batteries are good. There is no way something can drain so bad that it doesn't even click, and noone knew already that it was a problem. I think it would be more advantageos to just put a new battery in the truck when it's rented often.
