Robert BPLEASE CLEAN THE UHAUL INSIDES AFTER EACH CUSTOMER! I personally rent a uhaul almost monthly for my small business and have yet to rent a "hair and sticky free" truck from any location. Also there were no furniture pads I had requested.

deanna cThe process took longer than expected. As I was supposed to get my truck in West Bend and was informed it was in Richfield now. Little disappointed about. The app didn't function very well for me to get the information for the lock box and stuff we ended up waiting for an attendant and he walked us through it
