I first went to uhaul on marine drive in Vancouver near knight st. I drive by it all the time when I go to work at canadian tire. They were rude at that location and no help. Wouldn't answer questions just said everything we needed to know was online.

We're very upset! The van was really filthy both inside and outside, the actual gas tank level was 1/10 less than what was indicated on the paperwork. We're in the food business and couldn't pass QA to use it for delivery. It's supposed to be a 4-day rental but we end-up returned it 4 hours later. We told the person at the shop and he didn't seem to care. While we're there to process the return, another customer also came to complaint about how dirty his rental vehicle was as well. We've rented from you before but not from this location, and will not be renting from this location again.

Rental van was very dirty and muddy on the outside and inside was ok. The store clerk was very slow helping me and had to wait for long time to get the van and long time wait when returning the van. Need to have better customer service.

It was great that the rental vehicle was at the location during pick-up in the morning but I dId not realize that it was a mom's and pops store not a real u haul office I was going to. It must be to much for them to be running a store and a u haul service at the same time. Customer service was abysmal. Happy I got the vehicle but needs improvement customer service.

Bad service from Rainbow mart!!! stinky unclean cargo van. !!!!!! Used tissues cigarettes buds inside the van. I dont smoke!!!! I was in a hurry so i dont have any choice but to use the Van! Worst experience ever. Never ever will use the service from rainbow mart! I hope this was an isolated case and not all Uhaul outlets are like this. Very very very bad experience!

The cargo van that I rented was parked right beside a 1 ton u-haul truck and the side walk. It was too tight. It was probably less than 2-3 inches apart between the side mirrors. I even asked the Chinese guy who operated the u-haul/rainbow market to reverse the cargo van out for me. I don't drive a cargo van for a living and so i need a lot more space to maneuver out of the parking spot. Secondly, the U haul app that i used to self check-in and check-out did not ask me to take a picture of the gas gauge as advertised on the youtube link on your website. I only used the cargo van for 24 km. The fuel gauge was set to almost 3/4 full when i picked it up. Imagine my surprise when i used the app for self check out/return and got the emailed bill showing that the remaining fuel gauge showed less than 1/8 left or near empty. So i was charged with a fuel fill up service fee of $30 and EZ fuel sales for $18.15. I took the picture of the dashboard odometer and fuel gauge showing it was still 3/4 full. Again i only used the van for 24 km. There was no way that i could have used that much fuel at all. The same Chinese guy told me he could not do anything for me as I should have let him check out on his system. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of your online check out process? He told me that he could not help me at all and stated that "you should go home". Imagine my surprise that a franchise owner would say that there was nothing he could do and asked me to just go home. By the way, he also went into the truck and checked the odometer and fuel gauge himself and he saw that it was still 3/4 full. Like I said, I took a picture on my phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

Was very, very pleased. The gentleman who helped me, was very efficient , easy in easy out. Only needed the van for a few hours, so found the rates excellent . Only negative, I did not realize to put gas in the van. So that was extra.. Minor compared to the over all experience. Please thank the gentleman for me.

the employee did not help at all. He made me sign papers for truck first and once i looked at truck it was all dirty and when i tried to tell him he just ignored me. Fuel level was below what it was indicated and very bad experience overall.
