Pros: It was close to my location. Cons: The location is a dumpy antique store. The trucks are parked on a slope that is both steep and makes it difficult to photograph the vehicle. There is not enough signage to tell you where the key boxes are. The key boxes are rusted and corroded, enough that you cannot easily read the markings to open them. Overall, you are on the side of the highway, it's noisy and unpleasant. The person wandering around turns out to have been the uhaul staff person. But they were not on duty, and so did not offer to help me, even though I was struggling with the crappy web app and even crappier phone app.

Carol EI called the location that because I couldn't read receipt and it looks like we were over charged. We were told on the phone that we wouldn't be charged for an extra day we were a bit later. More to the story but I am not typing it all out. He refused to look it up. (and this was the biggest issue.) My friend that I was helping is a single, low income mom with a 2 year old child and will not be renting from UHAUL or going back to that store. I left feedback on all the places I could.
