Very difficult to get into the location. The road out front has a barrier the whole length in the area so no way to cross the road to get to the location

Ensure tire pressure on all tires in accordance with requirements and that no trouble lights relating thereto are flashing. When I picked up my rental truck trouble lights were flashing indicating low tire pressure in front tires which I was required to fill on my time and requiring I purchase a tire gauge to ensure proper tire pressure.
John SThe staff was extremely rude and even told me to wait because she was busy talking to a fellow employee. Very abrupt dismissive rude You name any negative thing an employee could do she did. I worked retail for 25 years and would NEVER SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THAT MANNER. I will never rent from them again and will be giving a very scathing google review for JJ PIZZA
CYNTHIA DI reserved a uhaul close to where I live as I have to pay for mileage. A day later I got a call saying I’d have to go to a further location. A day after that, I got another call that it was changed to yet another location and then a day before I was supposed to pick it up I got a call from that location asking if I could pick it up that night instead. It’s a little frustrating being jerked around like that when moving is already so stressful.
