Make sure truck is cleaned off. Spent 20 mins scrapping ice off truck with personal scrapper. Winter tires and make sure last person actually cleaned the back.

New staff at satellite offices could likely benefit from more training to facilitate pick ups and drop offs with regards to key locations and documents. Otherwise the staff I encountered had the focus and energy required to complete transactions. Further note: two young employees scrambled to facilitate pick up, however, the male regularly interrupted the female staff and spoke over her. It's understandable he wanted to do a good job, but team work requires respect and sharing of the work load and in providing information.
george mTruck had less than 1/4 tank of gas and almost didn’t start and engine light was on
M-BRADLEY MPerson at counter wasn’t trained at all. They called someone on the phone and spoke a different language so I didn’t understand. Charged me more than I agreed, I travelled at 50miles out of my way to pick this truck up. This is because my local u haul hasn’t had a truck I weeks. So $87.5 was stolen out of my pocket because your company isn’t organized enough. Then truck wouldn’t start. Had to crank it over 3 times before it would start. Then check engine light is on and it’s misfiring. Person inside knew about all these problems already. I thought you maintained these trucks… guess not. Maybe you should set up a secret shopper and have someone drive and test theses locations. Horrible experience once again from u-haul. Rent a truck from another company!!!
