Guadalupe JOn the pick up of vehicle, some one came to gate and let me in. On return of vehicle I left my phone I. My personal veh by accident and had no way of calling the number on gate however I arrived to return vehicle 30 minutes before scheduled time. The site has 24/7 surveillance as I blew, got out of the truck waved arms walked to the gate. No one opened the gate or came to open gate after 30 minutes of doing this repeatedly I had to back the 20 foot U-Haul out on a dark bridge to go use a strangers phone I will never use U-Haul truck service again.
