Mileage on truck was off by over 4 thousand miles. This meant I had to call Uhaul when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. I did the mobile pick up and drop off the the discrepancy wouldn't allow me to proceed. Spent over 1.5 hours trying to get this resolved.Branden S.

Having to go to a location nearly 20 miles away from my originally requested pick up location (without any sort of compensation or discount when it was entirely at the fault of uhaul/prior customer) was very disappointing. Already had a long day of moving and added 45 minutes to my day driving up to get it and then having to backtrack.James D.
For starters I rented a unit and it wasn't at the place I was told to go. After that I was promised a $50 credit for my troubles on that. Never received it. When I went to the next location, the staff was rude and talked to us like we didn't have common sense as adults. After we returned the unit my husband notice we didn't receive our credit and reached out. Surprise surprise no contact. I reached out again and still nothing. Set appointment to have hitch installed on my car. Could not make it to appointment due to work, rescheduled for following day. Drove 30 minutes to location to discover that they were unsure if my parts were in yet. Told me to call at 11. Spoke to someone that told me they'd call back soon, never received a call. Called the following day to get told that they'd call me back. Again, never received call back. It's now been at least 2 weeks and have heard nothing. Finally just bought a truck. Simplify the online pick up process. The UHaul app is next to useless. Provide clear instructions on resetting the pickup time. Don't hold the customer with 'Awaiting Approval' message on your website during the pickup. Hopefully subsequent pickups are much simpler.VIKAS K.
