Straightforward drop-off with no issues. The lady who helped me was friendly and efficient — had everything set up and ready to go, no unnecessary steps. Also picked up a replacement trailer here after a bad experience at another location, and the equipment was clean and fully functional. Good experience overall.

I was charged for a dolly but did not receive one. Their door said open but it was locked no answered when I knocked nor when I called.

James RNo one was present for me to check out the vehicle. I was told by a mechanic to drop it off in a box. I had to call the main Uhaul number to let them know the time and date that I dropped off the vehicle.
