The guy checking us in said he needed his glasses. He ended up putting the wrong fuel amount and we were charged over &70. Had to call Uhual and they called him and he told them he put wrong amount. Will take 3-5 days for a refund,

The person to drop the truck off to wasn't even there. Had to wait for someone else to come get the key. Wasn't look over while I was there, etc. stood outside until someone came out to get the key???
