Everardo CThey did not have my furniture pads i had requested a few weeks in advance. I said ok as long as you dont charge me. But they charged me anyway for furniture pads i never got.
Danny MThe guy checking us in said he needed his glasses. He ended up putting the wrong fuel amount and we were charged over &70. Had to call Uhual and they called him and he told them he put wrong amount. Will take 3-5 days for a refund,
