Trailers were not at the location we requested . I dont think we should have to make changes to our order to get the trailers we wanted at the location we asked for .the locations you had were both over an hour away .

DAVID BThey had one truck, the 15 ft that I had reserved, so I had no choice. The truck had climate control issue, the air conditioner had to be worked on twice while I was on the road. The steering was very sloppy basically the truck was all over the road from the left to the right. I do understand that it's a nearly full 15 ft moving truck but it just doesn't seem like you should have to fight it from side to side so much, I haven't had that problem with previous moving trucks. The interior was beyond dirty, and I did spend some of my personal time cleaning it to at least dirty. The location did not have the fourth of four bundles of blankets that I had ordered.
