More knowledge of where they want things parked. He could t drive the truck so we had to spend time moving it for him . If they are leasing vehicles they should be able to drive or at least communicate where to put them

Easy in and out. Will definitely be using this location again,
AMY FThey turned me away and the front desk clerk had no idea they received uhauls and that we could return our U-Haul there. The owner of this store was called by the clerk to verify and we waited for over 45 mins to return the truck. She was not informed from her boss that this location was a U-Haul rental and return location. Not happy with experience and will not use in the future.
